Natural Variation Toxicant Publication

Our paper, “Natural variation suggests candidate genes underlying Caenorhabditis elegans susceptibility to diverse toxicants”, appears in Toxicological Sciences. Screening 195 wild strains against 23 toxicants identified genomic regions and candidate genes associated with susceptibility differences.
