Our paper, “Direct inference of the distribution of fitness effects of spontaneous mutations from recombinant inbred Caenorhabditis elegans mutation accumulation lines”, is published in GENETICS. Recombinant inbred lines help estimate how spontaneous mutations affect fitness.
